Love as participation. INSAAN-ITY is not the pursuit of perfection. It is the practice of becoming fully alive — present in the body, awake in the mind, generous with the heart.

The world rewards composure. We reward intensity. Not the intensity of breakdown, but the intensity of being — of arriving, again and again, into the only life you will ever have.
